Refugee Community Partnership

We offer support to immigrant and refugee families navigating health care institutions, social services, school systems, and other aspects of public life with native language accompaniment and interpretation. You can access support by calling one of our 5 helplines in Spanish, Burmese, Karen, Arabic, or Pashto/Dari.

Our Flagship Programs:

Language Navigators – pairs immigrant and refugee patients with a personal navigator and advocate to accompany them throughout interactions with the healthcare system.

Community Coordinators – multi-lingual case workers who support immigrant and refugee families from their own communities. Our Community Coordinators speak Spanish, Burmese, Karen, Arabic, or Pashto/Dari.

Bridge Builders – we train volunteers to support their immigrant and refugee neighbors. We offer ongoing cultural sensitivity, safety, wellness, linguistic and other forms of training and support to volunteers.
