Mothers & Babies- a new offering from Durham County Public Health

Are you pregnant or recently had a baby? Do you desire to improve your emotional wellbeing? Do you struggle with postpartum depression or managing stress?

Join Durham County’s Improving Community Outcomes for Maternal and Child Health for an interactive program that shares useful tools and skills to help pregnant women, new moms, and families manage stress and/or reduce symptoms of depression. Every other Tuesday starting 2/6/2024 from 5:30-7:30 at the Durham County Main Library. There is no cost to participate.
