Nurturing Durham has added two new programs serving local families to our resource guide. Check them out!
Piedmont Wildlife Center is a nature-based program offering summer camp as well as school break and teacher workday camps to children ages 5-12 in locations in Durham, Orange and Wake County! Piedmont Wildlife Center scholarships support equitable access for all children.
Created by UNC’s TEACHH® Autism Program in collaboration with members of the Black Community, BFAST is another web-based resource guide designed to equip Black families with autistic children to find resources relevant to them and to access early intervention services across North Carolina.
