Children’s Developmental Services Agency

Parents or caregivers with very young children who suspect that their child may have developmental delays or special needs should reach out to CDSA. The agency provides eligible children with physical and occupational therapies, special instruction, speech and language support, and other essential interventions as well as service coordination to help a child thrive in their early years.

Children will be evaluated by trained professionals to determine eligibility for the program’s free or sliding-scale services based on the needs of the child.
