Family Connects Durham is a free home visiting program that sends trained nurses to visit with parents of newborns and postpartum people in Durham. The nurse will provide a health check for the new parent and baby, answer any questions the family may have about postpartum recovery or their new baby, and share additional community resources that parents may need.
