NCCARE360

NCCARE360 is a statewide network that helps individuals or families and providers electronically connect to all kinds of community health and human service resources. Resource categories accessible through NCCARE360 include things like housing assistance, food relief, employment services, spiritual enrichment, and other important types of support.

Anyone seeking assistance can search the resources website to see all available services in some categories. To be connected to these and other types of programs, call NC 2 1 1 to speak with a navigator or submit an assistance request form. Or staff at programs you already visit (such as your healthcare provider, a community nonprofit, or your church) can make referrals on your behalf through NCCARE360 with your consent. Those program staff can then track the status of those referrals to make sure you get the kind of help you are seeking.
