The COMPASS (Community Outreach and Maternal Postpartum Assistance by Student Support) program from MAAME offers free postpartum doula support to Black, Brown, and other historically neglected families in Durham who are within 0-12 months of having given birth. The postpartum support is provided by trained graduate student volunteer doulas. Services are limited to Durham County Residents based on need. Download the flyer or contact MAAME to learn more.
