Parent groups offer an opportunity to meet other parents who share similar experiences, provide or receive informal and mutual support, discuss parenting challenges, and learn parenting strategies. The following programs facilitate parent groups online and/or in person.

Free Breastfeeding Support Groups provide the opportunity to talk directly with an IBCLC, complete a weighted feeding session, and connect with other moms

Pregnant persons, breastfeeding infants and their lactating parent

Support groups are held at South Regional Library in Durham, and in Cary at Gather Goods.
